What are your rates?

Our rates is $120 per session, with limited availability for sliding scale spots for $75 based on financial need. As a human living in these times, value your financial well-being and understand that price is an important consideration. If you require a lower cost, we encourage you to inquire about our sliding scale options.

How do I get started?

Get started by heading over to the "Schedule Appointment" tab, where you can reach out to us. We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation and secure a spot for your first therapy session. I genuinely look forward to joining you on this journey and providing the support you need.

Are you offering in-person services?

Currently I am offering virtual services to clients in Colorado. I hope to expand to providing in-person services to Denver, Co in the 2026.

Ethics and Boundaries:

If you are experiencing crisis and need emergency mental health assistance contact Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 available 24/7/365. Trans LifeLine at 877-565-8860.

I will not conduct a regular service with a client that comes to session inebriated or under the influence of substances. I will work with you to do what I can to make sure you are safe. However, work cannot be done when clients are in this space. If this should occur, I will adhere to the cancellation policy and reserve the right to retain a cancellation fee.


If you violate any of my boundaries, I reserve the right to end your services and still retain your investment. You may also be barred from receiving services from me in the future. 

Each client will be provided an informed consent that they are to sign prior to our first session, by signing this document, you are agreeing to DTHC Terms.

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients will be charged a fee if changes are not made to their appointment prior to this time window. The cancelation fee will be discussed at time of onboarding care and may differ from any copay collected.

I reserve the right to terminate services after two late cancellations or no-shows.

I consider an appointment missed after the 15th minute unless agreed upon by client and myself prior to scheduled appointment. I reserve the right to retain investment made in adherence to the cancellation policy. 

In the event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will be provided an option of rescheduling. Clients will not be charged for sessions that I cancel. 

There must be complete privacy in session. No other parties may enter session unless previously agreed upon by myself and client. 

I am not available for crisis situations or outside office hours. Please give me 24-48 hours to respond to messages during scheduled work hours.

What is online therapy?

Headway and Sondermind are telehealth platforms that help therapists bill your insurances. I utilize their HIPPA compliant and easy-to-use Electronic Health Record (EHR) and telehealth virtual rooms to meet with clients, store notes, and submit claims. As I am in partnership with these companies, please reach out to their billing support for any questions regarding bills.
